I have been using them for years. I have always found them to be very helpful. I am very happy with it. The price and service was very reasonable. He pointed out that I should replace the gas regulator. I thought that their demeanor was very good. They were very professional. The guy showed me how to replace it and showed me how to clean it. Based on the age of the furnace I could rely on his judgment. He did take a close look at the furnace and heat exchanger and said it was in pretty good condition. I did not want to wait for a “bang” to fix it. I felt good about it. He was professional and did not try to sell me anything. I expressed a concern and he made the suggestion, so I had him put it on. I will continue to use them and I have always found them to be very good.
