PROGRESSIVE BUILDING INSPECTIONS INC

John was a recommendation of my realtor and did a thorough and professional job. When I arrived to the house for the inspection, John was already there narrating information into his video camera. The entire inspection was video taped with Johns narration so I will have a record of the issues later. He found one potentially big issue with a sewer pipe which he suggested I have scoped prior to closing. I later called him for feedback on that issue when the seller balked at doing a complete scope. John was happy to talk to me and offer suggestions and insight. I highly recommend John.

Our realtor recommended two home inspectors to us. My husband called Progressive Building Inspections first for a quote and liked John so much, he didn't bother calling the other inspector. John was able to accommodate us a few days later for a home inspection. On the day of the inspection, John shows up early and is ready to go. We loved the fact that he video records everything he inspects. This is good not only to point out issues that need immediate attention, but also to note things that will need to be addressed over time. John was extremely thorough and took the time to explain details to us whenever we had questions. We loved that he was responsive and friendly and was not in a rush just to get the job done. He also performed a radon test for an additional fee. The total price for the two, ran us $500. His service didn't stop at the home inspection... when our lawyer had more questions about what was said in his report, he was able to answer those questions over the phone as well. Overall, I would highly recommend John and would definitely use him in the future.

It went really great. The services he performed were excellent. He explained everything to us. He gave us really good advice on things he could not inspect. He also provided us with a DVD of the inspection he did.
