Phyllis Chudik

We first met her in March of '12.  A friend told us about her.  She got to know us.  What we wanted as well as what we didn't want.  She intimately knows the area we were looking in.  She almost seemed at our beconed call.  Always cheerful and willing  to work with us.he better part of a year, she showed us many properties. On Aug 26th, we had appointments to see two homes.  The first one turned out  to be "the one".  We DiD look at the second one that evening but only aas a courtesy.  We were at Phyllis' office at 10:00 that night starting the papperwork.  I think we finished by 11 or so.  It was a short-sale so we had no idea when it would close.  She had a feeling that agreed withsome other peopleinvolved in the pross that it wouodn't take tooo long...,and it didn't.
You get the feeling with Phyllis that she cares more about her clients then she does about herself or how much commision she iis going to make.  She even gave us the name of a real estate attorney who turnded out impressed us as much as Phyl did and in many of the same ways.  But his involvement was, of course, more limited. 
Buying a home nowadays isn't easy and not something we would want to do again anytime soon.  But if we have to do it agian, we will call Phyllis.  Shouldn't you? :>)
