The quality of their work is good. I haven’t had any problems after they repaired my computer. Everything has worked fine. There was a little problem with the technician because they subcontracted the work. They were a little late in doing the repair.

I was so impressed with Jason Mayerle. He was thoughtful, diligent, and gladly went the "extra step" by taking the old printer out to the garage for me. (I'm disabled.)

FABULOUS!!! I love the fact that you are hiring Jason and not just some hourly tech. Called him on a Wed and explained the situation. Although he was leaving the country for two weeks on saturday he squeezed me in the schedule. When he got here he was quick and knowledgable. Some of the issues he handled were deemed ''unfixable'' by the last computer person. To him they were simple. His hourly rate is extremely fare--dare I say low for his level of professionalism and expertise. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I would highly recommend

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS YOUNG MAN. HE WAS ON TIME, DID A TERRIFIC JOB, AND CHARGED A VERY REASONABLE FEE.

JASON WAS EXCELLENT. HE WAS ABLE TO FIX OUR PROBLEM, AND WE WILL DEFINITELY CALL HIM AGAIN IF WE HAVE PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

I CALLED JASON MAYERLE ON TUESDAY ABOUT REPAIRING MY 5 YEAR OLD DELL COMPUTER, AND DESCRIBED HOW I CALLED DELL SUPPORT OVER 10 TIMES AND THEY SENT ME THE WRONG VIDEO CARD ONCE, AND CHARGED ME FOR ANOTHER VIDEO CARD AND NEVER SENT IT TO ME. HE TOOK DOWN MY COMPUTER ''SERVICE TAG #'' AND SAID HE WOULD CHECK MY CONFIGURATION AND CALL ME BACK WITH AN ESTIMATE. JASON CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY AND SAID TO DO ALL OF THE WORK WOULD COST AROUND $400.00 TOTAL. HE RECOMMENDED THAT I DO NOT REPAIR THIS 5 YEAR OLD DELL COMPUTER FOR $400, SINCE WINDOWS 98 IS NOT SECURE ENOUGH AND CANNOT PERFORM FUNCTIONS LIKE SAVING MUSIC ONLINE. HE ALSO SAID ANOTHER COMPONENT OF MY 5 YEAR OLD COMPUTER MIGHT FAIL SOON, AND I WOULD BE ADDING MORE MONEY TO FIX IT. HE ALSO SAID I COULD BUY A NEW COMPUTER WITH MORE MEMORY AND A FASTER MICROPROCESSOR WITH WINDOWS XP FOR ONLY A FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS MORE, THAN IF I FIXED MY OLD COMPUTER. I REALLY APPRECIATED HIS EXPERTISE AND HONESTY. HE CHARGED ME NOTHING FOR HIS ADVICE.

JASON RETURNED BOTH OUR PC AND LAPTOP TO WORKING CONDITION IN JUST A FEW HOURS. HE REMOVED SOME VERY SERIOUS VIRUSES FROM OUR PC AND ALSO, FIXED A BOOT-UP ISSUE WITH OUR LAPTOP. HE RECOMMENDED SOME ANTI-VIRUS FREEWARE AS WELL. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL JASON AGAIN AS HIS FEES ARE VERY REASONABLE AND HIS WORK IS TOP NOTCH.

HE ARRIVED ON TIME, SAT DOWN AND HIS FINGERS STARTED FLYING ACROSS THE KEYBOARD. HE FIXED ALL OF OUR PROBLEMS, ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS, AND LEFT OUR PC RUNNING LIKE NEW. HE WAS EXCELLENT! MY COMPUTER WAS VERY MESSED UP (WE WERE READY TO BUY A NEW COMPUTER). HE KNEW HOW TO FIX EVERYTHING THAT WAS WRONG AND FOR AN UNBELIEVABLE PRICE. IT TOOK HIM TWO HOURS. I COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED WITH JASON AND THE SERVICE HE PROVIDES.
