I have used him several times. I have a unique air filter unit and it is very large. They always bring two filters when they come each year for the service so they have one to switch out. They watch out in advance for me. They also change the humidifier filter and on their last visit they also had to change the liner. The price included the parts and the extra filter. The people that I talk to and that come out are consistent. Brad, Shawn and Mitch are the people that come out so I know them.

I have been using their services for the last six years now. The service people that come out are always the same ones. They were the ones who installed my heating and air conditioning unit so they know the systems well.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS NOT VERY RESPECTFUL, HE PUSHED HIS WAY INTO THE HOUSE. HE WAS UPSET THAT THE BOILER WAS TIGHTLY CONFINED BY DRYWALL AND PROCEEDED TO BANG THINGS AROUND UNNECESSARILY. I WOULDN'T WANT THIS GUY IN MY HOUSE AGAIN.

THE OVERALL SERVICE WITH THE COMPANY WAS DOWNGRADED BECAUSE THE HEAD SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS PUSHING HARD TO SELL OTHER THINGS TO US SUCH AS REPLACING THE HUMIDIFIERS. AS A RESULT WE WILL NOT USE THE COMPANY FOR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE.
