Very clean job

I am from out of state therefore most of the discussions occurred over the phone. Mike was very attentive and understanding of the situation and worked around my schedule on completely the window job. He recommended a great value window and installed it for a great price. The window by far beats out the original windows and look great on the home. My dad monitored and supervised the job and said they were very thorough and completed it within a few hours. I visited the townhouse this past weekend and it appears much much warmer than the old windows. I will replace the sliding glass door in the near future and will contact Mike and his crew when I do.

This was a great experience after so many disappointments with other companies. Mike returned my calls promptly. The days of the installation, Mike and his crew were prompt, courteous, and they cleaned up. There was a problem with the doorbells and they worked hard trying to get them to work. In the end, we made a decision to give up on the doorbells and buy different ones. But they tried everything they could think of to get the doorbells working. Mike also made sure when I signed the contract that we both understood exactly what doors were being ordered, what color, and what screen doors we were getting. When he left, he made sure I knew how to operate the blinds in the doors and the screen doors.

Mike and his associate arrived on time. They were professional and finished in a short time. The area where they worked was kept neat and the the windows look great. I was very pleased. This is the second time I have used this company and will call on them again if needed.

MIKE AND HIS CREW DID A GREAT JOB. HE RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE, ORDERED THE WINDOWS AND SCHEDULED THE INSTALLATION AS PROMISED. THE INSTALLATION WENT WELL AND ALL WINDOWS WERE REPLACED IN 1.5 DAYS. THE WORK IS GREAT AND THEY WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT CLEAN UP EACH DAY. I WAS SO HAPPY WITH THE WORK, THAT I AM HAVING THEM REPLACE MY FRONT DOOR.

MIKE, THE OWNER, SPENT TIME WITH ME DISCUSSING THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF DOORS AND WINDOWS THAT WOULD BE IN KEEPING WITH THE ARCHITECTURAL STYLE OF THE HOUSE. THERE WERE TWO PARTICULARLY DIFFICULT WINDOW REPLACEMENTS WHERE MIKE AND THE CREW HAD TO REBUILD PART OF THE STRUCTURE. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY WORKED QUICKLY AND WERE VERY NEAT DESPITE THE FACT THAT IT RAINED DURING ONE DAY OF WINDOW INSTALLATION. THIS IS THE SECOND HOUSE MIKE HAS INSTALLED WINDOWS FOR ME. I ALSO RECOMMEND HIM TO FRIENDS WHO HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH HIS WORK.

ON TIME, HONEST VERY NEAT AND EFFICIENT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

WE HAD HAIL DAMAGE TO OUR WINDOWS. M and M WINDOWS PROVIDED ONE OF SEVERAL BIDS AND WE CHOSE THEM TO DO THE WORK FOR US. MIKE MCGRATH WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH; VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY, INFORMATIVE, AND COMPETENT. MIKE IS THE KEY CONTACT AND IS JUST GREAT TO WORK WITH. HE SOMETIMES GETS BUSY AND WILL TAKE A FEW DAYS TO GET BACK TO YOU, BUT IS ALWAYS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. HE ALSO INFORMED US OF NEW FEATURES AVAILABLE SUCH AS PULL-DOWN SCREENS AND BUILT-IN BLINDS BETWEEN THE PANES, WHICH WERE VERY APPEALING. THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON INSTALLATION AND CLEAN UP. SUPER JOB, OVERALL! WE RECOMMEND THEM VERY HIGHLY.
