LIBERTY CLEANERS

I dropped the rug off for cleaning and was told it would take two weeks.  They never called me to say it was in, so after three weeks I went to pick it up.  I brought it home and thought it looked exactly the same as when I dropped it off, even the stain on the underside of the rug. I didn't look like it had been cleaned at all. I put it on the floor, and, after a week, still felt the same way, so I rolled it back up and put it in my car.  I called the company to tell them I was unhappy with the cleaning and they told me to bring it back and they'd redo it.  I couldn't get back for a week and I brought it back in this weekend.  They looked at the receipt and said a month had gone by (it was actually three weeks); they accused me of getting it dirty during that time they refused to honor their work and reclean it.  It didn't have a new stain- it was just overall dirty like when I brought it in.  It was only $18 so now they've lost a customer for that small amount.  I have been going there for years and am shocked at this treatment.  I will not go back there.
