I am very happy with the work he did. Everyone that comes over are taken back about how awesome everything looks. I got quotes from four or five companies around the Chicago land area and of all the contractors I met with, his was by far the most reasonably priced and overall was the most interested in providing us comission that was what I wanted and also that was in my budget. Most of the companies I've gone to are about $15,000 to $20,00 more expensive. I cannot be more happy with how amazing our basement turned out. He's just one of the most detail-oriented and hardest working contractor I've ever worked with. He wanted everything to be just perfect as if it was his own basement. We have a roughly 1500 square-foot basement and I sat down with Keith to show him exactly what I was hoping to accomplish. He drew out the plans, we made out a few changes to the layout and we were ready to go. They began framing and did it pretty quickly. They've done those out from shelving of the storage rooms since I was planning on keeping that room when finished. Keith has done electrical works so there's no need for him to sub-contract it out. The only thing he sub-contracted was the breaking of the concrete in the underground plumbing. Aside from that, he did everything else. He custom- built an amazing bar and an entertainment center in the home theater. He came up with a great idea of building the house wall to separate the bar and the home theater then put a counter top so people can sit at the counter to watch TV. He wanted to utilize the space under the staircase so he decided to build a little kids' play area with a small tunnel so the kids could crawl through. It turned out exactly as we planned and the kids love it. I don't know if I said it enough but we seriously are very happy with the work he did and we will hire him again for projects we have around the house. One of the greatest things about working with him throughout the process was that we would show him the pictures of what we wanted and he would easily be able to replicate it. He would get our approval on things along the way before he made any changes and most importantly, he was able stay within our budget. I highly recommend KN and Associates for any remodeling projects you're considering and it's definitely worth contacting him and discuss your projects and I promise you will not be disappointed.

I don't even know where to begin as Keith literally transformed my basement into the PERFECT man cave. So now for the details, we have a decent sized basement, roughly 1,500 sq ft and I sat down with Keith and showed him exactly what I was hoping to accomplish. Keith does all of his own electrical work so there was no need for him to subcontract it out, the only thing he subcontracted was breaking up the concrete and the underground plumbing.
