In 2014 I got my first job as a mover while in college. It was not an easy job! However, it built a strong foundation for understanding the industry and taught me the subtleties of the moving business. I had many ideas about how I could make the service better and more efficient, and was frustrated to see many companies were not looking for any ways to improve their business. Every day on that job I dreamed of having my own moving company where I would be able to implement all my ideas to create a better customer experience.
