J.R Auto Collision has been in business since 1996 and is family owned and operated. We do complete collision and body work on all vehicles both foreign and domestic. Free estimates are given by our friendly staff that is eager and waiting to help you with any problems that you may have encountered along the way. We accept almost all insurance companies and anyone willing to pay out of pocket. Come in - you will not be disappointed.

What a blessing it was to find J.R. Collison. I was very impressed with their professionalism and kindness from start to finish. The car was ready almost two weeks ahead of schedule and it looked great! In fact my car looked better the day I picked it up from J.R. Collision than it did the day I bought it. I was also very impressed with the detailed insurance estimate of replacement parts and description of work to be done, 7 pages worth. I was also impressed with the office staff who were friendly and helpful. Nina asked if I needed a rental care and called Enterprise who came and picked me up. That was unexpected and a pleasant surprise. The whole experience working with J.R. Collision was outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone needing an auto body repair.

I was so impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the office that I did not get another estimate. The car was brought in Tuesday afternoon and the work was completed on Friday. Aside from being a quick turnaround, the workmanship was OUTSTANDING. They even restored the corrosion protection on the brace that was repaired. They did not take any shortcuts in doing the repair work. Since this was the only estimate I had gotten, I don't know if the price was competitive, but I don't care because a this repair was done properly and that is worth the price that was charged. They also detailed the interior of the vehicle.

Outstanding service from the moment I stepped into their office. Charles handled my estimate and repair appointment very efficiently. He was always courteous and appreciative of my business. The bumper looked as good as show room new when they completed the job.

They are wonderful to work with. I received prompt service when I went in for a quote. After confirming with my insurance company, they were ready to schedule me right away. They told me the work might take 4 days to complete, but it was done in one day. They also dropped me off and picked me up at my home. Highly recommended!

J.R. Collision is fantastic! So glad we chose them to do our repairs. It's located only a few minutes from my house, which was a real bonus, but I was completely impressed from the minute I walked into their establishment. This place is very clean, with a very inviting lobby. The gentleman who provided our estimate was very polite, quick, and efficient. His estimate came to within a few dollars of an estimate we'd received from another place, but we opted for J.R. due to proximity, cleanliness, and professionalism. The actual repair was done on time and exceptionally well. You can't even tell the vehicle was damaged -- the bumper, quarter panel, and lift gate all look as good as new. If I need any future body work done, my first stop will be J.R.

JR did a great job and they were done quicker than the estimate! Everyone I spoke with there was friendly and courteous. When our van was finished, they came to pick me up to complete the paperwork. I would definitely recommend their body shop services if you are in the northwest suburban Chicagoland area!
