Jerry also gave us contacts for Architecture drawings and a Floor company. Jerry was incredible to work with and someone I would be happy to refer to anyone looking for painting or remodeling help. Jerry was not only very easy to work with, but made the process very painless. We did this work while we were relocating to Chicago, and he really helped us through the process including accepting deliveries from time to time and helping with the building permits. While many companies would be able to similar quality of work, I doubt many companies would be as helpful and accomidating as JK

JK was excellent from start to finish. The work was performed exactly as we agreed and they were very accommodating when I made small tweaks to the work being performed. I am very happy with the quality of all the work performed. I was under some time pressure to move into the house and JK worked with me to help make that happen.

We were very happy overall with our experience. Jack came out right away for a quote and started on the week he said he would. All the workers were skilled, friendly and trustworthy.

He was okay. I think he could have finished the job quickly because I always had the feeling that he was doing too many job at one time. There were days when I was at the place where there was no one working. I couldn't understand why that was going on when we were trying to get stuffs done.

Overall the job went great; I had plans in hand (architectural) when I met with Jac which were completed before the project. Jac discussed everything regarding our vision, materials we would buy, what they would supply and a schedule for the project. Throughout the project Jac kept me informed, his people showed up when they were suppose to and worked hard the entire time. A payment schedule was agreed to from the beginning and any additional cost due to (my) asking for additional jobs to be completed as the work progressed was updated upon my approval. Deconstructions was accomplished rapidly and our remodel was started actually faster than I expected, plumbers, electrician and carpenters were busy working with village inspectors to ensure everything was done up to code (roughed in) and approved before moving to the next phase. As the project progressed and I saw the work JK was doing, I quickly discussed additional work like tile, flooring, paint etc, which I had planned on completing myself. Jac was fair in price and work was completed quickly, (when I said it was ok, he even had workers volunteer some weekends to get the job complete). Overall, an awesome job and when we look to remodel a downstairs bathroom next spring I (will) be calling JK again.....

They did an excellent job from start to finish. Their quote was lower than others I got, and their workers respected our space - i.e cleaing up after themselves, etc. The work was done quickly and with a minimum of fuss. I also loved that he almost always answered the phone when I called so it was easy to keep in contact with him.
