Hour Maid

I located the service in the phone book and booked via their website. I like that its so much for the hour and any extra charges are fair and in black and white. They sent 3 employees and were very prompt and worked exactly for the agreed upon time. They were not friendly but very hard working and despite one of the workers spending her time talking on a cell phone while she was working I found them very professional and found their work beyond expectations.

Was a great help to me as I was busy preparing for open house birthday party & out of town guests. Scheduling was very efficient at central office. If you make sure clutter is already put away as I did, you will have a very thorough cleaning done for a reasonable price.

FOR THE MONEY, THEY DO A DECENT JOB. THEY SEND A TEAM OF 4 PEOPLE WHO CLEAN AND ARE OUT IN AN HOUR. THEY ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING OF SCHEDULE CHANGES AND TEND TO BE ON TIME OR EVEN EARLY. THERE IS ALMOST ALWAYS AT LEAST ONE PERSON ON THE TEAM WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH SO YOU CAN COMMUNICATE ANY SPECIAL REQUESTS THROUGH THAT PERSON. THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB ON THE KITCHEN AND THE BATHROOM AND AN "OK" JOB ON THE REST OF THE HOUSE AS LONG AS YOU'VE PICKED UP WHAT'S ON THE FLOOR OR IN THE SINK AND IF YOU POINT OUT THINGS THEY HAVE MISSED IN PRIOR CLEANINGS. IF YOUR STANDARDS ARE VERY HIGH, THEY PROBABLY AREN'T THE RIGHT COMPANY. IF YOU HAVE PETS OR KIDS AND JUST WANT SOMEONE TO LEAVE YOUR HOUSE LOOKING AND SMELLING REASONABLY NICE AT A REASONABLE PRICE, THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY TO CHOOSE.
