Very well. Mark is very polite and punctual for his appointments. He answered my initial call right away and was able to work with me schedule to come to my place within a week. He works very neatly and carefully. I would highly recommend this company and Mark's services.

Mark is always very polite, and works very neatly. He makes appointments with a time range because of the nature of repair work, but always calls and keeps me apprised of how his schedule is going and what time he will arrive so I am not sitting around waiting. Mark does a thorough tuning, checking the sound of fourths and fifths as well as the octaves. The piano is always beautifully playable when he is done. I have had a bad experience before with tuners who leave the pedals too tight, making me crawl under the piano to do my own adjustments. Mark does repair work besides tuning and always gives me a clear estimate of the work and the cost up front. I have recommended him to a number of friends with pianos because I am never disappointed with his work.
