GTC Comfort Air

Horrible experience. We used this company for both HVAC installation and heating boiler system. The heating boiler broke a year into it's life. We called Vladimir to get it fix, he was out several times and each time after he left the boiler broke again! Now we are in the new season, our boiler is not working, and we cannot get a hold of Vladimir via text, email or phone. He is total MIA and does not respond or provide quality work.

This is the third time we have used GTC for air conditioner problem at one of our properties. The blower was making a loud rattling noise at our home and so we could not turn on the air conditioner. I called GTC and Vlad came over and diagnosed the problem. He ordered a new blower motor and wheel same day and was back next afternoon and installed the new ones and had our air conditioner running. Definitely would recommend GTC for your HVAC needs.

Quick, professional, quality work!

Vlad (owner of GTC) is very good & professional. Used him on 3 separate occasions - (1) replace heater. It went out on Dec 31, 2015 !!!  Vlad came out in the evening, to see if it could be repaired on the spot, and then cam back first thing on Jan 2nd  ( when the supplier opened so that he could replace the unit). Did everything cleanly! Reasonable price -  even considering he came out on holiday. ( I tried to use ABC Heating emergency - quoted me $8000 or 2.3 times more - tried to use my desperate situation) . Anyways, Vlad did it better and reasonably priced!  (2) Also used Vlad to replace my 10 year old AC. No problems, as expected. (3) Asked Vlad to come out and help with installing Nest thermostat. It's not difficult to do on your own - but wiring to the old unit looked messed up - and I didn't want to take a chance. Vlad cleaned and rewired it and helped me install the unit.
