Flooring
Matt from Golden hardware laid down the hardwood floors in our house (hired by my in-laws) but then ghosted us and has not responded to texts. We have tried to reach out multiple times and schedule the next part of sanding and staining the hardwood floors along with finishing the tile and have not been able to schedule anything. The last time I talked to him he sent me a few pictures of floor stains and a link. I told him I could not open the link and I have not heard from him since. We only have a month left in our reno before we have to take over and I’m extremely disappointed with the response time/ scheduling. I’m not sure if he is planning on finishing or responding so I’m not sure if we should find someone else. I contacted him again this morning and will update review if I do get ahold of him.
