Mark was outstanding! Prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

Ejector pump valve has been leaking for years because it was not installed well. Finally we called Gentryfied Plumbing and set up an appointment for an estimate. Mark then called back himself, was immediately responsive, asked a number of pertinent questions, and then came and not only gave us a reasonable estimate, but finished the job (replaced valve and fixed problem) then and there and advised on some future renovation we intend to do. He was professional, prompt, and did good work. Would hire again.

Mark did an excellent job replacing my sump pump. He recommended a superior product to the one I had in place. The job was done quickly but with care. He didn't spill any water on our carpeting and put it back together in perfect form. I highly recommend Mark for doing your job.

Mark arrived on time. He removed the old pump and determined the switch was bad. As agreed, he replaced the old pump, a 1/3 hp builder-grade plastic pump, with a Zoeller 1/2 hp cast iron pump. He completed the job in about 40 minutes. The cost was what he estimated it would be over the phone. He will be my go-to guy for my next plumbing job.

Mark did an amazing job replacing the sump pump. He recommended the right size pump for the house, checked the back up pump and steered me away from repairs I didn't need. He even came back twice to install a new sump cover at no extra charge. Mark was friendly, fast and effective. I would absolutely hire him again and recommend him for any plumbing needs.

On a Saturday, I tried to turn off bathroom sing water source and the handle came off causing a persistent drip to happen. It was enough to cause a concern that it might suddenly get worse. I called three companies and this is the only one to respond. They even came on Sunday to fix the problem, even though I said it could wait until Monday. Very pleased and will use this company again.

Work was completed as described upon a review of homeowners needs. Work completed in a professional manner.

Mark is polite, professional and very knowledgeable about all plumbing. He removed and installed a new a dish washer and installed a water softener, which needed rerouting  of pipes.  He explained what he was doing and why.  He has also done smaller projects for me.   He was flexible with scheduling, arrived on time and prices were very reasonable.
I would highly recommend Mark.  He's the best.!
