It went really well. The girl who helped me was very knowledgable and professionally. She paid attention to everything that I asked her and explained everything; she was able to answer all of my questions. She told me that Sprint happened to be down that day so they wouldn't be able to finish up my data transfer until the next. She advised me to come back and my phone would be ready, and it was. When I got home, I noticed that my Contacts hadn't gotten transferred over. I first went to Sprint to get help with locating them and was told that they couldn't help. I ended up going to a different Best Buy location because we had just moved. The representative there was also very helpful and was able to get my contacts transferred over from my old phone, which I had also brought in. My phone is all set up now!

The customer service at every Best Buy that I have been to has always been great and they pay a lot attention to their customers.

They have quick service. They have a deal that where I can pay $200 a year to cover all three of my computers and repairs any repairs that are needed.  I think that’s a pretty good bargain.
