Moving
When they moved the furniture they damaged a desk. They didn't tell me about the damaged desk until I noticed it, at that point that admitted to the damage. That lead me to have to drive to downtown Chicago to get the desk fixed. When I received the bill they had over charged me by $75.00, when I pointed out the billing error they did resolve it.
