E Trade worked with my tenant who thought that a room was not getting heat. They checked the furnace and thermostat as well as did a reading of the temperature in the unit. The arrived promptly and provided detailed invoice as well as followed up with a call to me on what was done.

They were very responsive and professional. They came out first to remove the AC, then came back when I asked to put it back. They were on time and did the work taking care to point out what they did. I would use again.

They did not charge me anything more than the Big Deal. One person came out and left the area great. They were good. He gave me some good advice on what might need to be done on my air conditioner.

The furnace would not ignite on Thursday October 20, so I contacted E Trade. Given the weather was not particularly cold I did not feel this was an emergency so was fine with the technician coming Friday morning. He arrived on time and diagnosed a valve was not opening as expected. He quickly secured a replacement part and finished the job within a couple hours. I was please with the service.

Prompt, Friendly, Fair & Punctual - After the initial phone call we were happy to stream line the appt process thru text. Constantine confirms the appt & then texts when he is on his way. Love that. He assessed and fixed our unit very quickly. We will definitely use Constantine again for our HVAC needs. What an excellent experience.

I saw the offer for furnace inspection and it seemed like a good deal. Set up the appointment and the owner got right back to me.
He showed up on time and did exactly what was expected.
Unfortunately the furnace is old and should be replaced.
The owner sent estimates for a few replacement options and I am considering them at this time.
