Dynamic Home Inspection Services LLC

Primarily influenced by the aftermath of our home purchase, we were highly disappointed with the quality and accuracy of the inspection provided by Kevin at Dynamic, and would not recommend their services. We trusted that Dynamic would provide a thorough inspection with a critical focus on protecting us from major issues – this was clearly not the case, and the shortcomings of the inspection have left us having to pay tens of thousands of dollars out-of-pocket to remedy. Specifically in the context of the roof and HVAC, due to circumstances that could and should have been avoided, we now find ourselves in a discouraging and extremely costly situation. Overall, as we continue to work through issues daily and try to recoup our losses from issues that a subject matter expert should have been able to identify, we feel the inspection was critically underwhelming and insufficient, and left us exposed with a false sense of security when it should have helped protect us.

Kevin was knowledgeable, thorough and easy to talk to. He explained what he was doing and looking for throughout the inspection and took the time to show me how to maintain my furnace, turn on my fireplace (it's more complicated than you would think) and about the electrical system.

We are purchasing our first home, and we chose Dynamic to do our home inspection. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Kevin showed up on time (early even, so he could start on the outside of the home) and was extremely professional. He took us through the entire inspection, explaining what he was doing, and giving us his recommendations. He was extremely personable and happily answered all of our questions. We received our report only a few hours later, even though we had the inspection performed on a Friday evening. I would definitely recommend Dynamic to anyone in the market for home inspections.

It went great. I am an agent and have gone through many inspections. Kevin was SO thorough while also considerate of time and considerate of identifying the serious issues and identifying faults that were not as serious buy things to consider for improving safety of the home. We started the inspection at 4:30 on a Friday night, finished By 6:45 and had his full report before 9:00. That turn around time was so helpful to my buyers and shows Dynamic Homes commitment to the client. Kevin also took the time to explain everything (working or non working) in laymen's terms so my clients could understand all the systems in the house. As an agent, I've seen many home inspections and Kevin is the most thorough and provided the best customer service for my clients by answering all questions.

Kevin did a wonderful job with our home inspection. I scheduled him without much advanced notice and he was able to fit us into his schedule without an issue. He was punctual (actually came a little earlier than our appointment time and got started in advance), very easy to talk to, explained the different parts of the inspection patiently and thoroughly, and gave us an extremely detailed report of everything by the same day. We also did a radon test which took an extra day and he got the results back quickly as well. Very happy we went with Kevin and Dynamic Home Inspection!

Kevin is definitely a Pro! Very impressive. The home inspector did a very thorough home inspection, he took his time at every item he inspected and answered my question and he made sure I understood what he told me. As mentioned, Kevin walked the house and took notes. Where he really shines is his friendly demeanor, his deep background in housing, and his willingness to share information with the client. He took time to explain everything to us as he was reviewing it. He pointed out things that were good as well as bad and gave us recommendations that would not normally warrant a report. Kevin is a class act and a great inspector.
