My washing machine water line burst. Mike and Dennis came out and fixed the problem. I use Dahme for all of my plumbing needs.

Dennis quickly determined that our shower was leaking through a crack in the fixture. Because he was going to have to replace the old fixture, I decided to upgrade both my showers to be single control, ADA compliant. He also installed grab bars in each shower. It was time consuming work but Dennis did a great job. His work was so neat. Soldering was clean. Plaster cut for access and replaced. No cracked tiles. I highly recommend Dennis’ work and Dahme.

We made an appointment for the work, and the plumber arrived on time. It took him an hour to pull the toilet, put in a new gasket, and replace the toilet and all the connections. He left the work area spotless. We have used Dahme Mechanical many times for various plumbing needs, and have always been satisfied. Their workers are friendly and professional. They do the job right the first time, and never leave a mess.

The plumber wasn't able to reach the pipe from the attic so had to open up the soffit in the kitchen to replace the pipe. Work was done efficiently and professionally as far as I can tell. He covered the sink and refrigerator well and swept the floor afterwards, but I later found dust and debris in the cabinets below the area worked on and in the recycling bin. I was mostly satisfied, though, and would probably use Dahme again.

First the plumber introduced himself to me. Then he and checked where the pipes were. After placing tarps down to protect my flooring the plumber brought in his equipment. While working he was very polite and answered all the questions my children had for him. After clearing the drain line he cleaned up all of his equipment and the area he worked in. He made sure all of the drains worked and that the problem was solved.

It turned out perfect. Their punctuality and quality of service are the things that stands out to me about them. They were informative. I liked that they were clean when they came in to the house and they cleaned up after themselves. They were very courteous. I heard about them through word of mouth.

I think they are very expensive. They told me that I needed new faucets, instead of fixing the leak on the existing faucets that are very nice. I'm just not impressed.

I didn't ask for an estimate. They came out 4 days after the call. I had asked for the spigot to be replaced the day before they came out and they weren't sure they'd be able to do. All work was completed. Service man was very polite, punctual, professional. He was here about 3 hrs. Spigot is very sturdy looking with a nice large handle. I was a little surprised by the cost and the time he spent here, but the finished product looks great.

The serviceman was on time and answered any questions I had. I have used this company twice, mainly because of sewer rodding, and I will use them again. They seem fair and reasonable and I would recommend them.

THE WERE QUICK AND EFFICIENT. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT I WAS NOT TOLD OF TRAVEL CHARGES WHEN I CALLED FOR APPOINTMENT. THEY TOLD ME OF THIS CHARGE AFTER WORK WAS COMPLETED. I CALLED THE OFFICE AND TALKED WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER AND TOLD HIM I WAS NOT GOING TO PAY THE TRAVEL CHARGES, BECAUSE I WAS NOT TOLD OF THEM BEFORE HAND. HE WAIVED THE TRAVEL CHARGES.
