Clean-up after installation was a minor issue. Also, it took several telephone calls to finally talk with the facility Manager about a larger problem with the installation. We are waiting for snow to clear our patio area so that Crystal can correct the problem, which should be without additional charge (this is yet to be responded to/confirmed).
|Once we made contact with Mr. Chong, our issues are being resolved. We would probably use this facility again once our problem is properly corrected.
