The roof was replaced in 2015, then had to be repaired in 2021. I contacted the company January, 2024 but received no response. Contaced them again on 2/10/2025 and 2/11/2025 and have not received a response via telephone or email. Per the contract: 1. We will clean all dirt and debris from rooftop in preparation for the following repairs: 2. We will install a Firestone white, granulated, modified bitumen membrane, which is tough and resilient. During installation, the modified bitumen membrane is torched down and the seams will be heat-welded. The result is a continuous roof membrane that demonstrates revolutionary waterproofing characteristics, extreme heat resistance, and flexibility in low temperatures. 3. We will install new flashing to the entire roof perimeter. The modified bitumen will be torched down and the seams will be heat-welded to form a solid, waterproof flashing. 4. Upon completion of job, all dirt and debris will be removed from the premises. This roof comes with a 10-year manufacturer's warranty and a 5 year material and labor warranty. Included with your new roof, a free annual inspection and free maintenance program for 5 years. No annual inspection took place at anytime.

They were very responsive to a fallen tree branch on our flat roof. They came out in between and after the arborist to patch holes. They were aggressive about selling us a new roof when patching was sufficient. When asked for a core sample (as requested by our insurance company) to justify a new roof, they did not provide one. I had to call them out again as they missed holes to patch. After that visit and a rain storm it turns out they missed another hole. Went to another roofer to fix final hole. Will not be using them again nor be recommending them to anyone.

"You called us on Fourth of July weekend due to hi wnds big storm a tree fell on top of your house you have flat rubber roof you said I just got inside of my house paited an you needed my help I said I gave all my guys the weekend off I said let make a few calls see if I can one my roofers to go out to your house an try to do a repair or place a tarp the roof you told me you had a tree service company on site removing tree when my guy got Thera most of the tree was still on the roof he seen a few openings in the rubber he patch those areas you said the rest of the tree will be removed tomorrow that next day my guy. came back patch a few more holes he found then you called me on the third day told me your insurance adjuster came out and found a few more holes in the roof I suggested to you when have that many punctures in a rubber roof system with all the rain we had after the tree fell you most likey also have wet roof insulation and I recommended that your roof needs to be replaced you said the insurance adjuster told you that you don't need a new roof just patches will be fine so I came back again took a course sample took pictures and video an showed you that the insulation all wet under single ply roof that you should show this to your insurance adjuster demand a new roof I cannot believe you actually left a bad review for trying to help you my roofer came out on Fourth of July weekend we charge you I believe 7 hundred dollars you should be ashamed of yourself"

We hired Crown Roofing to do a complete tear-off and re-roofing of our two Town-home Buildings. They gave us a very favorable quote and excellent warranty. The work was done in an efficient manner in the time frames that we asked for. They also promptly fixed any minor issues we identified after inspecting the work. I really appreciated the customer service provided by Tony; from initial estimate through completion. There were a number of project dependencies that needed to be completed before the final roof repair and Crown was very flexible responding to the weather and other scheduling issues. They actually did the job on a Sunday because the weather was warm enough and rain was in the forecast for the following week. I appreciated this flexibility.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
It was a flat roof tear off and replace with -the new membrain material instead of the old felt and tar with gravel. They also fixed the brick work chimney and put on a new cap as well as tuck pointed the house where needed.

The workman did a top notch job on the exterior brickwork, a ten on a scale of one to ten in terms of craft and final 'look'. There was a lot of dust on the ground when he was finished, so lucky for me it rained a few days afterwards, which cleared the air. He worked hard and was very thorough. By comparison, however, the mortar repair in the basement was effective but unsightly... I guess his boss, who goes out of his way to be a likeable and friendly guy, figured I'd never refurbish that area so people wouldn't see it so it just didn't matter? or just needed to cut corners because of 'the deal' he gave me on price? The outside of the house, which is top notch... enough so my contractor neighbor wants to hire the company to work on his own home... but the inside (not currently set up for more than storage), was a disappointment. I'd like to have seen the same level of well crafted detail there, too, as I may someday have a little shop down there, and clients are always influenced by esthetics. I should've walked through the final job and renegotiated before writing the check. My mistake.

We have a partial flat roof on our addition. After a terrible storm, we noticed the rubber on the roof flapping in the breeze. This occurred on a Sunday when another storm was due later that afternoon. Crown sent a worker over to patch it until the crew could totally repair it the follow day. Would use again .... Awesome service

Tony and his workers were very friendly. Mine was a small job, just tuckpointing 4 courses of brick HIGH on a residential chimney. Worker seems to have done a very neat job. Tony did quote one price onsite then increased it $100 in his proposal, but I still felt the price was fair. He said he increased it because of the difficulty in getting up to this high chimney. I would recommend them them and I would use them again if needed.
