Chaz Flooring Corp

On the first afternoon of work, Chaz sent two of his employees to lay the tile on concrete floor.  His employee came in with an attitude but began to work. The just thru the mortar on the floor and laid the tile down without cleaning the floor. He did not use any spacer nor leveler to make sure the tile were even spaced and leveled. The following morning (Saturday) when I saw what they had actually did and I called Chaz and told him that the tiles were not even and not spaced accurately.  He came over two hours later and said that the spacers are not needed and once he puts the grout down that we will not notice the spacing of the tile.  I said to him I want it redone with the spacer.  Chaz was very upset that I made him remove what they had did and redo it.  Chaz then came back on Monday of the following week with another employee in which he did the same thing but this time used the spacer but no leveler.  I explained to Chaz that the leveler was not used and the job is not going to well.  He said that his employee got ill and will not be able to complete the job and that he is going to send someone else.  I told him I did not want the guy that came in the very first time. He then said that he did not know when he will be able to get someone here to complete the job.  I called Chaz on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday did not answer any of my calls nor messages left.  Sadly to say Mr. Chaz DID NOT complete the job that he was hired to do. I we not recommend him to anyone to do any kind of work.  He cannot be counted on.  Very unprofessional.
