Great place. I was there a week and a half ago. I go every three to four weeks. The cost varies. A cut is $50, and if I just have a straight color done I think it's $50, if I have highlights, it changes every time because sometimes I have some foil and some times I have more. They are part of the Aveda family. They're good. Paige at Bloom Salon is the one that I use, she is wonderful.

It's been great. They just have excellent customer service. I was happy with my hair products and stuff. I would definitely use them again and I would recommend them. I was very satisfied.

I decided to try Bloom after reading some good reviews on Yelp. I booked an appointment for a cut and partial high/low-light with Giselle, since I was not able to get in with the others who had been reviewed. The appointment was set for a few days before Thanksgiving.
The salon itself is nicely decorated and looks modern and chic. Giselle was very young looking, but friendly, and tried to make pleasant small talk. I told her what I was looking for, and she said no problem.
I was a little surprised that she did not check the color before taking out the foils and washing my hair, but the color still came out fine. Nothing special, but nothing wrong with it per se. Just kinda ordinary. The cut seemed ok, too, though she used a razor to thin out the bottom, though I've been told many times over that my hair is too fine for that kind of tool, but she was already half done before I realized what she was doing.
I thought it a bit rude that the receptionist didn't look up from her computer at all when she was taking my payment or saying good-bye, but ok, maybe she was really that busy.
When I got home, however, I saw that the cut was actually uneven. One side was about 1/4 inch longer than the other --- not on purpose. It was noticeable even to my husband, who doesn't usually notice such things.
I called the salon immediately that evening -- it was about 1/2 hour before closing time -- and asked them to call me. In light of the holiday, I was hoping to come in for a touch up in the next couple of days.
The next day, no one called me back. They did, however, put me on their spam email list immediately, though, and the next day I got an email from "the owner." I replied to that email, indicating what had happened, and asking either she or the Giselle to call me back.
Still no call back. And to this day, no one responded to either my call or to my email. It is one thing to get an uneven haircut; these things sometimes happen, though I have to say that I've never had it happen with more experienced stylists. But for the salon to not respond to either my call or my email is just completely unprofessional.
It is not worth my time to call again; they just will not get my business again.
