THE BLINDS CAME IN THREE WEEKS LATER THAN PROMISED AND I DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL FROM THEM ADVISING ME OF THIS - I HAD TO CONTACT THEM - I FOUND THIS TO BE UNPROFESSIONAL. THE BLINDS WERE LOVELY, AND THEY DID RETURN MY CALL IN A TIMELY MANNER; HOWEVER, HAVING TO WAIT THREE WEEKS BEYOND THE PROMISED DATE WAS DEFINITELY A PROBLEM.
