Bill's continues to provide outstanding service at a fair price. In the midst of last winter's snow and sub-zero temperature our snow blower always worked. We can depend upon their work.

Great. Job was done early and came in below estimate. They even wiped down the exterior of my snow thrower...now it runs and looks great again!

The recoil starter cord on my 20 years Toro snow blower broke. Call Bill's Power Equipment and they provided an estimate over the phone. Dropped it off late afternoon, and received a call next day that it is ready. No issue, very professional, delivered as promised. The price is exactly what they quoted over the phone. A little bit steep for replacing a starter cord, but I suppose most goes into labor because you will have to un-mount the engine to get to the recoil starter for my model. That's why I called a professional unlike other small repairs on this snow blower.

I have been taking my machines them for years and they are great.  I was wondering if I was throwing my money away by repairing a snowblower bullt in 1980; they have kept it running since 2001 for me.  On the flip side, they advised me not to fix my old lawnmower and get a new one. I appreciate their honest advice.

Hooray! I found a great repair company!

In and out in 1 day.  Excellent service. They even cleaned up my lawnmower shell!

Very well.  Their work is always excellent.  With all the snow and below zero weather, our snow blower was able to take care of everything and to help our neighbors.  We have been doing business with the Bill's for thirty years.  They are consistently helpful, honest, and caring.

We've used Bill's several times over the years for repair of snow
blowers and lawn mowers.  Today, while clearing one of the many
snowfalls this season, the chute of our snow blower would not turn on
the crank.  I called to ask if they could look at it if we brought it in
right away.  Mike came out to our van, grabbed a tool and had it fixed
in a few minutes at no cost to us.  Great customer service.

It was difficult to find their place, no big sign out front. You must drive around to the back of the offices to find where they are taking in lawn mowers to realize you are at the right place. I took my Toro lawnmower to Bill's Lawn & Power Equipment. I just needed my pull cord fixed and the blades looked at to see if they were sharp enough. I told them I put a lot of money in it the season before for a tune-up and asked what it needed. I am newly divorced and need some advice on how to do all this. The man at the counter was very abrupt, said it needed a tune-up, never said they would look at it & see what needed to be done. Read later online that it doesn't have to have all that work every year. (The 2 tune-ups were over $300 and I could have gotten a new mower for that). Mower returned without being wiped off or clean. It worked fine. I felt 5 minutes of the man's time to answer my questions could have saved me unnecessary, expensive work.

Took the snowblower in on a Saturday. Dropped it off close to their closing time. They helped unload it form my van and said they would call with an estimate. Having not heard from them the following Saturday, I called early in the day. They apologized for not calling me with the estimate, gave me the estimate and told me it would be ready before the end of the day. Got a call 3 hours later stating that it was ready to be picked up. When I went to pickup they again helped me load it into my van. Also, the belt they had replaced was returned with the snowblower as evidence of the repair.
