It went very well. He gave us a time schedule and stuck to it as he promised. He used top quality products and took pride in doing good work. He did not make a mess, even though it was messy outside. He explained in detail all of the features, and in detail, demonstrated how the windows operated. He gave us his cell phone number in case of any problems. He was courteous and friendly.
