I trust them completely.  I took 15 or 20 minutes for them to get the work done.  Their waiting area is very clean; they have coffee and it's great.  They do all major work on my car.  I don't trust anyone else but them.

I'm from Texas and was traveling on vacation when my AC started having challenges. A family member in the area recommended this shop. He had been going there with his three cars for a decade or so. They were very professional. I felt like they treated me as they would want to be treated. I would feel very comfortable going to them again. I wish I had a shop like this to go to in Frisco, TX. This is an entrepreneur owned and run shop. I like that.
They did a thorough check on the AC system and replaced the coolant.
He got me in there on a Friday and got it out that afternoon.

They're really more high-end on older model cars and high-end cars like BMW, Mercedes and those types of things but their prices would be half of what the dealer would be. Their work has been exceptional.

I have been using this service center for my BMW for the last several years. They consistently have provided the highest level of service at a fair price. Most importantly they stand behind the quality of their work and really care about customers' feelings. I would not even consider using another automotive shop for maintenance or repairs.

Read about them on Angie's list and thought I would give them a shot. I'm tired of paying dealer prices for simple maintenance and repairs. Their prices are not lower than a dealer and their service definitely is worse.
I appreciated that they got me in as soon as they did for an oil change, they even took care of my car while I waited, which was different than what I had told them over the phone about coming back for the car later in the day.
I'm in need of new tires as well on my wagon and they asked me if they could price that out for me. I was very happy to have them do this and glad that they caught this tire issue for me while doing an oil change. The gentleman, can't remember his name right now, told me he would price out the tires for me and give me call. He was also going to give me a call about a mechanic referral for an older VW that I needed work on. That was in the middle of March, it is now the middle of May and I still haven't heard from this guy or from anyone there.
If they don't want my business, and I'm willing to pay dealer prices and can afford to do so on three cars, that is fine with me. Very un-professional and very disappointed by their customer service. I read on other internet sites that these guys had gotten too big for their loyal customers and were suffering a bit in service for it, but seriously? They tell me my tires are darn near dangerous to drive on, and then they don't follow up with me, even after I called them back a few days after the service to remind them of the tires and the referral that they said they would give me....doesn't make any sense to me.
I wouldn't recommend and I would agree with reviews on other sites, these guys don't know how to take care of their customers. If they ever call me....not likely, I'll them know that I've taken my business back to the dealer.

I was greeted warmly upon arrival, and was referred to the same person I spoke with on the phone. He quickly set up my paperwork and went over the particulars with me. I was told that they would check the car thoroughly, and that if any of the work did not need to be done, they would not perform it. As it turned out, I did need all the repairs. The work was completed for the exact amount estimated, and my car was ready for pick-up later that day as promised. In addition, APC checked out some issues I was having with some electronics free of charge. Based on my experience I will be taking both my cars to APC for future maintenance and repairs. They offered excellent service, honesty, and pricing. The car has been running great!

.They are very prompt on their service and will try to fit you in even if they are busy. They are fair priced and do what they say they will do. They fixed a problem for a reasonable price that could have been a very expensive problem.

They don’t try and sell you a whole bunch of extra work that you don’t need done. They are good people in the automotive industry. They really do it the right way and they are fair about it. They are very good at what they do. They also stand behind what they do. I would recommend them to others.

They specialize in foreign cars and they also do American cars. I use this company regularly for all of my auto service needs; I've been using them for around 2 years. I am satisfied with their service.

Excellent! The prices are always reasonable. I paid $698 to get both sets of brakes done on my VW Touraeg which I think is a great price. Service is always courteous, reasonable, and honest.

We have brought all 3 of our vehicles to A.P.C. for the past 6 years. They have done everything from simple oil changes to tune-ups and replacing a transmission. They are extremely honest, and charges are very reasonable. Chris, the owner, is very knowledgeable (he is the youngest Porsche Master Mechanic ever in the U.S.) and personable. Most of our neighbors now take the cars to A.P.C., and everyone has been very impressed. Even those with brand-new cars are going to them instead of the dealer. I highly recommend and trust A.P.C.
