While the $2 bills might not have had value the provider treated me poorly like I was not a valued customer. When the owner indicated that the bills were not worth much I asked why and the response from the owner was
very unprofessional.

I have used this provider's services many times to purchase and liquidate precious metals. Always fair, accurate, friendly and prompt. Excellent. Would recommend this long-standing business to any and all seeking this type of service.

Frank Starkey runs a shop providing a variety of services. I had called in advance to see if an appointment was required to have a collection of coins appraised. I was told to just stop in during normal hours and Frank would help me and he did.
He was willing to provide additional information, but left it to me as to how much additional information I might want. I appreciated learning more about the coins I had received over the years from my father. He was very good about being sensitive when speaking of the quality of certain coins. Trying to strike a balance between providing accurate information, but not insult the calibur of the item.
He made it clear when certain coins were worth the price of the precious metal content. He also explained prices can vary each day.
The service was free of charge - which I felt was very generous and courteous. If you go to his shop, I would encourage people to extend the courtesy of being patient. It is a small shop. Allow time to step back and let others receive assistance.

It was a simple transaction, they were fine. I met someone that highly recommended them, so I went here.

They gave me a price, I agreed, and they purchased the sets. I have recommended them to a fellow collector as well.

I brought in a few foreign coins and they answered questions I had.
