My friend did not send me a photo of the arrangement but she said they were beautiful. The person I spoke to at the shop said he would see if he could get the flowers I requested. He did get one, as the other was no in season. I thought my friend would be at work that day in Arlington Heights, but just minutes after I ordered the flowers she told me she took the day off. The florist waived the fee the make the additional trip to her house instead of her work place. He provided excellent customer service.
