Description of Work: We had a huge snowstorm on the weekend I ordered these for someone recovering from serious surgery. The flowers were never sent on the Saturday they were promised and no one called about it. It was on me to track this down and make sure they were delivered ( onTuesday, Jan 7).

My friend did not send me a photo of the arrangement but she said they were beautiful. The person I spoke to at the shop said he would see if he could get the flowers I requested. He did get one, as the other was no in season. I thought my friend would be at work that day in Arlington Heights, but just minutes after I ordered the flowers she told me she took the day off. The florist waived the fee the make the additional trip to her house instead of her work place. He provided excellent customer service.
Description of Work: Made a floral arrangement from an online photos, with additional items requested.
