 + -1 moreWe have used Ruben's architectural services for 3 projects including a 45,000 sq. feet new office building, remodeling of a warehouse/office building and most recently the redesign of a truck dock. He did a superb job on all three projects. I should add that I am an engineer and years ago we owned an professional architectural firm which employed 5 architects. I am very demanding and know good work when I see it. Ruben is GOOD.
Description of Work: The most recent project was the redesign of an failed truck dock that was installed before we purchased the building. We wanted to get it right since the failure was caused by excessive ground water and poor concrete installation.
