Unless you want to get police and lawyers involved DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The "part owner", of the company (Elaine Marla Virgilio Wells) threatened that if I negatively review the company on social media, she said and I quote, "I have your address and I will come and set your house on fire." As a mother, I would hope an 'owner' of a company would never threaten another person's life or home, ever. Lucky for you, because you are getting this review so you won't have to spend time calling the police or retain an attorney like I have. This all started in July when a part in my freezer broke. Tech Shane came out and diagnosed and gave me a quote. Fast forward to the day of my next appointment, the tech called me 15 minutes prior to my appointment and asked if I defrosted my fridge and freezer. I was never told I had to do so and he said he had to cancel my appointment, as he could not fix the issue unless it was defrosted. I went out that night to 3 different stores to buy a new fridge because everywhere is backordered for weeks. I finally purchased one, scheduled my next appointment but unfortunately had to cancel it due to a last minute trip. Now comes the day of my "CANCELED" appointment, I was not at my home, but my handyman let the worker in ( as he did not know the situation) ***My unit was NOT defrosted because I cancelled this appointment. I get a call that same day from a tech stating I owe the remainder of my balance ($99.) Extremely confused that he was able to fix it, I asked how he was able to do so. He said it was an easy fix; he just drained out the water in a pipe in the freezer and was able to quickly fix the issue. I told him my frustrations, asked him why I was told this couldn't be done before, and that I had bought a brand new unit specifically so they can fix my current one. He apologized and said the office would be contacting me. I didn't hear from them for one whole month. I got a call from someone on August 12th asking for the remainder of my balance. I immediately asked to speak with a manager, and I was directed to Elaine Marla Virgilio Wells. Pause reading this right now, and just take a look at all the negative reviews; they are mainly involving her. I have no idea how you conduct a business by threatening your customers you'll set their house on fire if they speak honestly about how you conduct your business. I have never EVER had such an awful customer experience in my life when dealing with Elaine. I was literally yelled at, talked over and ultimately threatened my house would burn down if I left bad reviews. All for a $99 balance when she completely disregarded my frustrations, time and my money wasted on buying a whole new unit so the current one could be fixed (which was no small fee!) There has been a police report filed, my lawyer has been contacted and if this balance affects my credit, then so be it. PLEASE PLEASE save yourself and do not use this company!

My home has now sustained more damage from two leaky appliances due to untimely and inaccurate diagnoses of my appliance issues.
