This is the second time I've used Craig, the first time based on a referral from a co-worker. On the first visit he got rid of carpenter ants in our house so that we never saw them again beginning the next day. Never saw them again! His second visit was to our rental property. Our tenant had a mouse run through the living room. Craig came the next day after I called him, and haven't seen a mouse since! I love him.  I’ve used him for about 20 years.  He’s very reliable.  He can usually get out here if I have an emergency.  He’s very pleasant.  His prices are comparable too.  I would continue to use him in the future.       

We had a very positive experience with them and they were very responsive to our needs. My wife saw a mouse and we needed somebody out right away. So they were available and the pest control guy came out late in the afternoon. Their professionalism and service was all top notch. They are convenient and the care with which they came out was nice too.

Craig is great! He is extremely knowledgeable about pests. He comes in with a book so that you can show him exactly which pest you are trying to get rid of. He tells you exactly what he is going to use/do and why. He used product on the main floor and went into the basement to use product down there. He placed bait and barriers outside the house. He leaves you with literature and advice on how to prevent future infestation. He completely eliminates the pest. And he does it without requiring regular visits. He has completely eliminated each pest every time he has come out. I have recommended him to many others, who have also had great success with him. He even did a free phone consultation to a friend of mine in Wisconsin. He is great!
