Action Builders

We paid for a countertop, and they said they picked it up.  When they installed a countertop, it was not the one we ordered.  I said it wasn't my countertop, and he only said what do you mean? He promised to used a semi-gloss in my kitchen, and they used satin.  His partner, who is a painter, came in smelling of alcohol.  They installed a faucet that wasn't adjusted right, and we had to call a plumber to fix it.  They installed a new ceiling fan and recessed lights, and they never fixed the light box, so now we have to call an electrician.  I had new ceramic tile put in, and I had purchased a bottle of sealer from a list of items he had me buy, and he switched it out for another product.

They were very dishonest, and we were totally upset by their service.  We cannot believe anything they said. They traded products for other products. We now have to hire people to re-do what they did.  They wouldn't keep their appointments, and they would continuously lie.  They were recommended by our condo association, but my experience has been a nightmare.  They cost us a lot of time, energy, and aggravation, and even my health has suffered from this.
