Home Inspection

Received a bogus "appointment" call, letting us know the company would be out the following day for our so-called scheduled appointment. We did not have an appointment on that day or time, but I was informed that it was a one-day-only special, and if we rescheduled, it would be an additional $50. When I tried to explain that there was a misunderstanding, the caller rudely cut me off, saying, "GOOD BYEEEEEE", and hung up on me. We were, in fact, looking for a chimney cleaning, however we will NEVER consider this company in the future, due to the rude attitude of the male caller. How could I possibly believe in the integrity of the company if the caller can't even respond to the clients' questions? Giant thumbs-down on these guys!
