Venture Plumbing

Randy has been our plumber for several years. In that time, our three toilets have all required new flappers; one of them, more than one. After replacing the flapper on the master toilet for the second time and having a couple of WT? incidents with this same toilet, we agreed that it made sense to replace the toilet. (I must add that our house is seven years old, and the builder-installed toilets are the low-end versions of a pricey national brand that starts with K. My family, at one point, lived in a rental home that had two water-saver K toilets, and they were horrible--one of them needed plunging at least once a week.) Randy recommended the E brand toilet (that's what he has in his own home), which is the low-end version of the national brand AS. He sent us to the local DIY to pick out a new toilet, which he purchased and brought with him. (The cost of service listed is just for labor and does not include the cost of the toilet for which we, obviously, reimbursed him.) The installation process went smoothly and took about 1-1&1/2 hours. He always removes his shoes when entering our home and bring supplies for the post-job mess clean-up. We have also had Randy install new bathroom faucets. His fee seems to be typically by the job. We are very happy with his services and will continue to call on him for our plumbing needs.
