He was very prompt & professional. I contacted him via their website and he responded almost immediately. The whole installation which included some modifications to the ductwork was done in half a day. The installation looks and runs great!

I have called Irv a handful of times for servicing of our until. A couple of times it has been first thing in the morning and because he lives in our neighborhood, I am his first stop once he leaves his house. He is very responsive and seems to have always been very honest with us. He is definitely someone we can count on! Thank you Irv

Irv is great to work with and an extremely reputable and honest person. Since using TTC a couple years ago we continue to go back. We have a high efficiency furnace and have always had issue getting the heat to the second floor. We called several other HVAC contractors to obtain estimates on what it may cost to get the problem fixed or what we can do. Multiple contracts gave us several thousand dollar estimates on what we need to do each with a different set of things that need to be done from each contractor. Irv was Great!! he didn't try and take me. He came in made several recommendations on thing I can do myself on ways to improve the airflow to the second floor. He cleaned the furnace and said if his recommendations do not make a difference he can research my particular furnace and may be able to make some adjustments. His recommendations helped but it was still cold on the second floor. He came by again made several changes to the furnace which helped push flow to the second floor. He also went out of his way to drop off a damper I can install to help even more. I have used TTC ever since and would not consider anyone else for my furnace needs.

Performed regular maintenance on AC unit and was very helpful in assisting me on how to adjust my ventilation to provide efficient heat/ac throughout the house. Very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Service technician did an excellent job reviewing the entire system. He identified the overall system was in good shape but there was a leak, as evidenced by previous homeowners having had dye put in the system to find the leak. Our service tech provided options and the costs associated. We opted for a short term fix while determining if we wanted to replace or repair. When we decide we will use the same provider.

Irv was great and came out to give me an estimate after I was quote an insanely high price for a sub-par AC unit by another contractor. He recommended the right size unit for my house, scheduled the install right after the holiday weekend, showed up on time and completed the work in 5 or so hours. Everything went well and I'm happy with Irv's honesty and the way he treated me. I'm signing an annual service agreement with him for both my AC and Furnace come this fall.

After getting an estimate from Irv once before, for some work that I have not yet decided to do, my furnace had gone out. I called Irv for help, it was a Saturday and he was extremely responsive, professional, knowledgeable, thorough and helpful - even spending a few minutes to educate me on what had happened and how my system works. Called on Wednesday, he came Wednesday night for quote installed new unit buy Thursday.

After a no-show from another HVAC company, we received a $150 coupon in the mail good towards a new a/c unit from Teutonic Temperature Control. Intrigued by the name, I set up an appointment for Friday afternoon. Jens arrived right on time for the initial estimate - unlike some providers, he gives you an actual time rather than a 2 or 4 hour window. He' s very friendly, and both he and his business partner do all the work - no subs. His initial quote was for a 2 1/2 ton Carrier unit to replace our existing (and very aged) York A/C, but based on our home's square footage recommended a 3 ton unit. He offered to revise his quote to include only his incremental wholesale cost, which we accepted (and we are happy we did, as it's currently 91 degrees outside and our house has been quite cool with little stress on the unit). Pricing is very competitive, and the work was completed in about 4-5 hours (they started at 7am sharp). We'll most likely have TTC take care of the ongoing annual maintenance as well.

Tec came right on time, handled services perfect. Found bad flow from original install and corrected it. Very happy.

THE ONLY REASON I DID NOT ADD HIM TO ANGIE'S LIST OF RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE AND HONEST CONTRACTORS WAS THAT I DID NOT JOIN ANGIE'S LIST UNTIL NOW. IRV SHOULD BE RECOGNIZED FOR HIS PROFESSIONALISM, THOROUGHNESS AND HIS SINCERE DESIRE TO BE OF HELP. IT IS DEFINITELY TIME FOR HIM TO COME OUT AND CHECK OUT MY UNITS.

I use them all of the time. We use them twice a year, in the summer and then in the fall. They check the air conditioning in the summer and the furnace in the fall. We are in a quad unit, he did the flushing of the lint. Vacuuming the lint because we don't have a lint that goes outside the house it goes up through the roof and he flushed that out for us. We have nothing negative to say about him. He explains everything to begin with so that you can understand. He goes step by step of what he is doing. What he does is that if you know someone in your area that charges X amount of dollars, he will match that.

Company was referred to us by friends for inoperative furnace. Technicians came on Friday evening and started furnace for us. We needed new parts so technician returned next day and installed new parts. Wonderful company!
