Every time they were here everything was done quickly and professionally.

I had an emergency at 9pm when my entire plumbing got clogged.  I had originally thought it was just the fact that I needed my tank pumped so I called Sunrise at 8:15 this morning.  They said they would be out by noon, and were here by 9:15.  Pumping the septic tank did not do the trick, however, so Jason rodded out the pipe and dug up the connector and got us unclogged.  He was so helpful and professional.  I was extremely impressed with their responsiveness and their price was also very reasonable for the work he did.  He was here for more than an hour.  I'd recommend them highly.

we are in our house for almost 8 years. we had the septic pumped out when we first moved in to 'start fresh' so to speak. We also had it pumped out 4 years ago thinking that was proper maintenance. First time we used Kelly - they came; opened the lid; pumped the system; said nothing unusual; we paid them; they left.  Second time we used Lakeside (because at that point in time Kelly told us they weren't working on residential properties anymore) - they came out; opened the ground level lid; pumped the system; said nothing unusual; we paid them; they left.  I called Sunrise (on the recommendation of my son-in-law that has used them before) on Monday and asked for a first morning appointment which was today, Thursday.  They said between 8 and 10 and they arrived at 9, very prompt.  Tech was Jason-very nice. My husband showed him where the lid/septic was.  He opened it and said there was no solid waste in the tank which led him to believe that there was another tank for solids with the other for overflow.  He prodded with a rod around the visible lid and yard and determined where the buried lid of another tank must be.  It was quite far down and he had to do a lot of digging.  He unearthed the lid; opened that tank and cleaned out that holding tank.  We have no knowledge of when that tank would have last been cleaned out, if ever.  He worked quite a while but was able to clear out the solid waste tank.  Neither of the other companies that we used ever mentioned anything about the possibility of another tank  - their workers knowledge couldn't have been very good to not realize that there was only water in the one tank or they just thought it was an easy job and easy way to collect money; I don't know.  This company looked at the situation and was able to advise us what really was going on.  They are also going to go pick up a new cover and new cement collar to install this weekend so that both tanks going forward have a ground level lid.  He was here working for a couple of hours.  This company/person knew what he was doing.  Yes, it cost us money for the extra digging, the addition tank to be pumped, the repair of the baffle and new cement pieces but now we have peace of mind that our system is being maintained properly.

I called on Wednesday to schedule a routine pump out. Sunrise was here Friday morning on schedule. While doing the pump out, they determined that the baffle was broken. (Didn't even know I had one).  They were able to fix that on the spot.  Great job. Friendly and helpful.

Sunrise did a nice job. The job cost what they said it would, they returned our call promptly, arrived on time and did a professional job. They also, gave a reference for some additional work, that was needed. I was very satisfied.
