Dan not only replaced the springs but used the latest upgraded parts which made the garage door so much quieter than before. Fast response, easy to work with, polite and professional.

Dan came on time and took care of it. He installed new springs and checked the overall health of the door.

They came out the next day. I have larger than normal garage doors so they didn’t have them in stock. They ordered them and came back in a couple of days and installed them.

They could have made me up a problem and charged me a lot more, but I appreciated the fact that what was wrong was very reasonably priced. Inexpensive actually. I would give them very high marks. I don't know the quality of the materials but it was a simple switch. The guy was professional. He came and did his work, I paid the bill and that was that. There wasn't a clean up problem. There was nothing on the floor. I would give them an A for cleanup.

Went very smoothly. Called first thing in the morning and a technician was out in less than 2 hours. Everything complete within 90 minutes. He walked me through the new programming of an old broken keypad entry which he fixed for us. Very impressed with their punctuality and professionalism.

It went great! The technician called when he was on the way, arrived within the timeframe I was given and was very professional. He explained the cause of the problem we had with the door and told me approximately how much it would cost to fix it. Then he suggested that we might want to have some preventative maintenance done and approximately how much that would be. We had that completed too and we were extremely satisfied with the entire experience! Very responsive, friendly and competent!

Dan provided the best value and experience that I look for in a business. He explained the best product for my needs as well as explained the scope of work to be completed. After scheduling the installation date, Adam, a 12 plus year installer, notified me prior to his arrival. Showed up on time, and completed the work, quickly and correctly. He explained and showed me how to operate the openers. Adam cleaned up and left the garage cleaner than when he got here. I am extremely happy with Suburban Garage Door. I don't expect any problems, as I bought good equipment that was installed properly. But I have no doubt Dan will stay true to his word and quality of work. Thanks!

Dan was excellent and I highly recommend this company. I went through 9 estimates before I found Suburban Garage Door. My door opening was 2 inches wider than usual and you would not believe the problems this caused for other companies. I had one other company look at the door that seemed to know what they were doing, but they never gave me a solid estimate. When Dan arrived, he knew exactly what needed to be done and discussed the options with me. He said it would be a custom job, which at first I though was going to be really expensive. When the estimate was made, it was right in line with other estimates, but this estimate was the only company that I felt actually knew what they were doing. The actual install was performed by Adam, who was also excellent. Dan also came out to do the custom work with the weather stripping. Great Service, great communication. Contacted Suburban Garage Door Service Inc after received the Angie's list July 2014 Circular. Within a few hours had an estimate and was abale to answer all of my questions reharding the garage door and the install. Explained that all garage doors are delivered on Monday's, they scheduled the install for Tuesday.The install took about 3-3.5 hours and they did a great job. I have nothing but great things to say about the way Suburban Garage Door Service Inc handled my business and followed through with the install.

They were very prompt and very professional. Instead of trying to sell me new equipment, they simply serviced my current garage door opener. They were super accommodating - came out immediately when I called, have great prices and excellent service!
