I had him come out and fix a sink hole in my driveway and he said he could fix the problem. My driveway is over a navigatable river (not sure why its called that, someone could maybe float a toy boat). About a month half of my driveway caved in. I called him to fix the problem and he said that he does not guarantee asphault and he won't fix it. I said that I would pay for the asphault but he still would not do the work. No one should use this guy.
