They did a good job. The air conditioning is working properly so far. The job cost me $200, which I think is very reasonable. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent! Called to schedule our winter service and take care of a few sundry items. He was booked out about three weeks. We have had some plaster issues in the master bedroom and Eric suggested that we check the flue liner to make sure that it was venting properly. He and his partner handled that--one on the roof, one in the basement (no charge). Said all was functioning. He then replaced an attic fan the roofers installed two years ago (five year warranty). As I suspected---they had wired it incorrectly. Eric rewired properly and replaced the fan. Told him about his bad Angieslist report. He said that he remembered the guy and the situation---and could not find his number to call. Turns out Eric got stuck long on a job. He takes full responsibility and feels awful. He really is a great guy---great service. He is my favorite labor guy. I've used his other recommendations (kitchen remodeler, cabinet guy, architect, etc). I've also recommended him to my friends--and he donates service calls to our church and school auctions.

Repair person was on time, courteous and explained exactly what was wrong with the furnace after examining it. After a trip to pick up the part, he installed it and checked out the attached humidifier to make sure it was working. The work was done quickly and in an efficient manner. I even received a discount because I mentioned that I got his name from Angie's List. Highly recommend this company.

Eric was on time, polite reasonably priced and performed in a highly professional manner. Would highly recommend Eric and this company.

FANTASTIC. ERIC CANO SPENT AN HOUR INSTALLING THE NEW FREON, AND ANOTHER HOUR DIAGNOSING THE LEAK. HE DID WHAT HE COULD TO REDUCE THE LEVEL OF LEAKING UNTIL SUCH TIME AS HE COULD COME BACK TO REPLACE THE COIL ($218 JOB). HE LATER CAME BACK WITH A NEW, BETTER, COIL AND HAD ASSISTANT TO REPLACE THE LEAKING/RUSTED OLD ONE ($600 JOB SPLIT 50/50 ON LABOR AND MATERIALS). THESE GUYS ARE RIGHT ON THE MONEY, DO GOOD WORK, DON'T TRY TO UP SELL, AND ARE VERY, VERY PROFESSIONAL.

ERIK HAS PUT IN OUR NEW FURNACE AND A/C SYSTEM. WE TALKED TO HIM ABOUT A NEW HOT WATER HEATER AND HE WAS ABLE TO PUT IN A LARGER HOT WATER HEATER THAN WE HAD. HE NEEDED TO RE-PIPE THE EXHAUST FROM BOTH THE FURNACE AND HOT-WATER HEATER SO THAT THEY WORKED MOST EFFICIENTLY. HE REALLY IS THE BEST AT THIS.

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT ERIC AND HIS BROTHER. MY PARENTS OWN RENTAL HOMES IN ST. LOUIS (WHERE WE ARE FROM) AND MY DAD IS AN ELECTRICIAN. I KNOW MORE ABOUT THIS STUFF THAN THE AVERAGE PERSON. I GREW UP WATCHING FURNACE INSTALLS AND LEARNING HOW IT IS DONE. IN ADDITION TO HAVING THE BEST PRICE IN TOWN, HE DOES EVERYTHING RIGHT-- AND DOESN'T CHARGE YOU EXTRA FOR IT. IN FACT, HE'LL CORRECT THE SLOPPINESS OF THE ''OTHER GUYS'', FIX IT, POINT IT OUT AND NOT CHARGE YOU EXTRA. EVEN THOUGH I USED ERIC TO INSTALL/REPLACE THE FURNACE, I CALLED AROUND TO CHECK PRICES FOR THE AC SYSTEM. THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK CAN'T BE BEAT, NEITHER CAN HIS PRICES. HE TAKES PRIDE IN HIS WORK, WHICH IS SO HARD TO FIND THESE DAYS. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY YOU DON'T NEED TO GET BIDS. HE'S YOUR MAN FOR ALL THE RIGHT REASONS. VERY IMPORTANT NOTE HERE: ERIC, THE OWNER, DOES THE WORK. HE DOESN'T JUST DO A BID AND HAVE SOME OTHER GUY DO THE JOB. HE USES HIS BROTHER FOR LARGER JOBS WHEN HE NEEDS THE HELP.

PUT IN A NEW FURNACE FOR US. EVALUATED OUR ENTIRE SYSTEM AND WHEN ASKED ABOUT A MORE EXPENSIVE OPTION TOLD US WHY WE SHOULD GO WITH THE LESS EXPENSIVE OPTION. ALWAYS GETS BACK TO US WITHIN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. VERY PROFESSIONAL
