They sprayed dry ice on the mold and had a carpenter rehooked the vent vans in our bathroom to the roof. They put in some new insulation as well. Before their work, the moisture was really bad in the attic. They are honest, on time, and did a great job of cleaning up. We would use them again if needed.

They checked for mold and continued moisture in the walls after we had a leak run down the walls from the floor above. The man was here for half an hour, checked around and did all sorts of stuff. He gave us a lot of information and did not charge anything because we did not have as much damage as we thought we would. He told us what could be done and how much it would cost, but also said that we did not really need to have it done. He has been in the business for a really long time and had all the right equipment. He also came out within 30 minutes of our call.
