Not well--see above.
Description of Work: Servpro brings in workers from all over the country when in high demand which they were after the April Chicago flooding. They charged $6000. My workers were from Michigan and very nice, professional and punctual.. After first cleaning they had to return to clean again as still dirty. They said they leave floors wet so it looks clean but you cannot tell. It was not clean the second time around. They did not clean near baseboards nor under water heater or washer and dryer. They did move a washer and dryer that was not connected. They did not move furniture back to it's original placement but left bunched together in one area of basement. I have had to clean the floor 3X after them still picking up black sludge/dirt. Do not use them if you have sewage/water damage as there must be someone better out there.

They sprayed dry ice on the mold and had a carpenter rehooked the vent vans in our bathroom to the roof. They put in some new insulation as well. Before their work, the moisture was really bad in the attic. They are honest, on time, and did a great job of cleaning up. We would use them again if needed.
Description of Work: They removed some mold in our home.

They checked for mold and continued moisture in the walls after we had a leak run down the walls from the floor above. The man was here for half an hour, checked around and did all sorts of stuff. He gave us a lot of information and did not charge anything because we did not have as much damage as we thought we would. He told us what could be done and how much it would cost, but also said that we did not really need to have it done. He has been in the business for a really long time and had all the right equipment. He also came out within 30 minutes of our call.
Description of Work: We used Servpro 3 weeks ago and they came out and inspected some water damage for mold issues.
