Paul is very personable. His crew that came over is very skilled at what they do. They did a great job. We had a basement remodel that we are very happy with so far.

Contractor very responsive and helpful. The work team worked well and quickly. Only reason I didn't rate work quality over 2.5 is I'm not familiar enough with the work to know. I figure it this way if there is no leaking anymore it would be a 5 star. Till it rains again, I won't know.

This was for my sister's house. They did a fantastic job all around. Fast communication and estimate. This was a brand new room with some existing damage and some wood sheets that needed to be replaced. Quick to get permit and job was done within 3 days of the permit being ready. They upgraded her shingles for free, were cost competitive, and the workmanship and, importantly, cleanup, was excellent. I'd use them again in a second.

Very dependable did extremely difficult roof on home and garage in one day. This was a complete tear off. Highly recommended. Ty and Paul were terrific.

Originally said 4 wks out for install but was only 2 wks and did it before we got back from vacation. Price Quote was in line with the others I got but the deciding factor was John Crane. He showed up when he said he would and got back to me with the estimate when he said he would. He also came back to talk to me when the lob was done to see if we had any questions/concerns about the finished roof install.

This company is awesome! I got 4-5 quotes so I knew about how much it would cost and chose them. The estimate was the price -no add ons. The men were great done in two days 6 men crews. Totally great.

There were a few mishaps during my roofing process. Nothing completely at the fault of Perkins, but mishaps nonetheless. It was discovered during the roofing process that my home had zero insulation. This was found when nails went through my ceiling... but my ceiling was actually my roof deck. The Perkins team made sure to remove all nails that had gone through and worked to prevent more from going through. They worked to help with the insulation problem but there was not much they could do do at the point they were at. When winter came and I developed an ice dam (due to no insulation) and two leaks in my ceiling Perkins was back right away to solve the problem and help prevent further issues. There was some debris left after completion but not much. Overall I would recommend Perkins for your roofing needs. Their pricing was fair and they responded right away to the issues that arose. I just couldn't give a full 5 stars.

I found them to be a very customer-centric to me, and they stepped up to the insurance company for what was right.

Ty and Paul were very easy to work with. Biggest problem we had other than my roof being a tough job was mother nature. Once we had a break in the rain the guys worked hard and did an AWESOME job!! We had some obstacles to overcome simply because the roof had 3 layers and there were some steep angles to deal with. Everyone communicated well and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
