We researched realtors online and chose Peggy because she seemed experienced and was located near the house we needed to sell. We signed a listing contract in mid September, hoping to sell before winter, and Peggy was able to get the sale done before Christmas. We are convinced that without Peggy, our house would have been on the market till the following year, and we would have wasted half of a year. Peggy’s tenacity and clear-headed approach to problem-solving made our sale happen. She was personable, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. With this sale, she was a dual agent, representing us as sellers, as well as the buyers. Although this was a new thing for us, we can’t imagine how our sale could have happened without Peggy. We had a number of unexpected issues arise, and Peggy calmly addressed each problem, using her network of contractors and personally supervising visits by inspectors, contractors, and others, to address each issue. She also worked with the buyers, their inspectors, and their financing agents. I believe that most realtors can handle routine sales, but when unexpected problems arise, a skilled professional like Peggy is required.

Peggy worked with us over a period of several years as we looked for a new home. Over that long period, she was always willing to show us homes when we wanted, even when it must have seemed as if we weren't serious. Finally we did purchase new construction and Peggy listed and sold our current home. Peggy had a great understanding of current markey conditions and did an excellent job marketing our home, which sold quickly. I would recommend Peggy to anyone.

I became the executor of my aunt's estate in May of 2014. The thing is that i live in NY and my aunt's house is in Spring Grove IL! I had never sold a house before, much less been an executor and i had lots of questions.

Peggy was absolutely wonderful to work with. First of all she was understanding and compassionate with respect to my aunt's passing. She explained everything and gave me great advice on getting the house ready to sell. The listing she put together was beautiful and we ultimately got more than the asking price for the house.

I can't say enugh good things about Peggy. The fact that i was 1,000 miles away from the property being sold I really trusted her to look after my best interests in selling the house. As i said, the end result was outstanding and I couldn't be happier with her service.

The entire process (which included my purchasing a short sale) went very smoothly.  I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to work with.  Peggy was personable (I really enjoyed meeting and talking with her), was licensed tech savvy (and allowed me access to conduct my own searches as well).  Peggy is very knowledgeable... she made the paperwork and putting in offers clear and painless.  She was very familiar with the local market and was able to negotiate a couple of great deals (that in a couple cases I didn't follow through with after doing a home inspection).  Peggy is a great communicator.  She stays in touch and was very prompt in returning phone calls, emails, or texts.
Peggy is also a very open, honest/truthful person and has a high degree of integrity.  She puts her clients needs before her own and represented me in the process even better than I had hoped.  I couldn't have asked for more!

Overall the experience was much better than I expected. I have worked with other realtors before and they only wanted to mak a sale so they could get their commission asap. I never felt that way when working with Peggy, and she was very patient while showing us many different homes and honing in on what we really wanted.

It went great overall since Peggy always took the initiative in finding us listings, and researching them to make sure they met our needs. 
We originally started looking for single family homes and later decided on a condo townhouse.  Low maintenance, location and price were all important to us, and Peggy was able to find us the perfect home.  We never could have done it without her, and we are so grateful for her expertise.
