+ 0 moreAll work was done promptly and professionally. I could not have asked for better. Mark knows a great deal about plumbing, carpentry, and generally most types of home repairs, remodeling and installations. He is very efficient, cleans up after the repairs are complete, and provides excellent value overall. I would recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: I had several different repairs to be made in my home: replace siding and corner boards on the chimney which had been damaged by woodpeckers and moisture; replace shutoff valves under kitchen sink; replace disposer in kitchen sink; repair broken tiles in bathroom floor; fix toilet leak which had already rotted a portion of the bathroom floor beneath the tiles; install a new lavatory faucet in the bathroom; and a few other small carpentry repairs. Mark came to my home originally and gave me a proposal which I accepted. As it happened, he discovered the toilet leak problem only after removing the broken tiles. This work was not covered by the original proposal but I asked him to do the repair on a time and material basis, which he did.

+ -1 moreOverall mnt plumbing was great! Mark came out and did an estimate and was extreemly fair on the price. Mark called and set up an appointment a few days later. When he came out to do the work he was on time and was extreemly clean and I had noquestions about the quallity of parts or his work. Overall great experience and will definetly us MNT again!
Description of Work: rodded out main sewer line and replaced toilet.
