"[Member Name Removed]. Thank you for the kind words. Rich"
"Mrs. [Member Name Removed] thank you for the kind review, we try to earn the trust of our customers.and Value that trust. Rich Jenkins General Manger Maki & Associates"
Rich was very responsive giving the estimate. Explained about all our options and about local and federal rebates. The installation crew completed the job in one day. They were very courteous and answered any questions I had about the installation.
Since then I had one service call...that very cold winter following installation and they responded immediately first thing in the morning and fixed the direction of the intake and exhaust pipe as one was causing the other to frost up thereby causing the furnace to shut down. I am very happy with the service that Maki provides. They don't forget about you once you bought from them. They stand by what they sell and want to make sure you are happy!
Our furnace had died and it was getting colder outside. It was a two day job and they assured us that we would have heat on the first day which we did. Everything was cleaned up and they hauled away the old furnace, air conditioner and water heater.
