I needed roof repair FAST - after a severe winter storm tore some shingles off my roof.  Luckily the high winds had removed most of the snow from the roof so the damage was visible.
I called Lakeland, leaving a message.  My call was returned very quickly, and the roof repair guy showed up that same afternoon.  Luckily I had extra shingles, and he quickly climbed to the roof and nailed on several shingles to replace the damage.  He also was kind enough to check the rest of the roof to be sure there was no more damage.  
The entire process was completed in about 20 minutes!

Great service from the initial visit through the conclusion of the project. Made multiple visits to account for a variety of repairs including waiting out a bird family that had taken up residency where the soffit on our home was disrepair. Follow up was thorough and professionalism high. A STRONG recommendation for anyone who is the need of roof or any other repair offered by John and his team.

We experienced a hail storm in our area on 6/20/08. Although there were two "storm chaser" firms from out of the area going house to house claiming that many of the homes in the area contained damage I did some investigation on a local roofer and was impressed by him. He worked with the insurance firm adjuster and the roof was replaced in one day with quality materials. I can't say enough good things about the owner John Smith. Top grade professionalism.
