I had very good experience with them. I liked their presentation when they came out. We had actually some other people come out too, I can’t remember their names but this company had a well prepared presentation. They had a folder and they explained everything. Then when they actually came to do the work my husband was here and he was able to see what they were doing. So they kept us involved in the process, in what was going on and there were no surprises. They were knowledgeable, and they were very professional. When they came out there was no hemming and hawing. They just got right to the point and told us what their price was and what they would do. Price wise I did not want to pay that amount but it was worth it. They come once a year to check the equipment. They usually come around September and they would let you know what day, what week they will be coming. I hope not to use them in the future for this type of service but if I have to use them for something else most definitely.
