They did the job perfectly. I had another company that I had to call three times, because they didn't show up. This company did the exact same thing, except they got it right. She is punctual. She cleans up after herself. She gives you ideas to make it better. She has been very helpful for me.

I was referred to Sallie by a couple of folks who knew her and had used her. I had already received 4 quotes but decided to allow her to quote me as well. Of all 5 contractors she was the most detailed in the scope of the job, she knew exactly what I wanted and needed to be done and I knew exactly what she was going to do. She prepared the estimate within three days of her visit. Sallie's pricing was a little higher than the median prices that were quoted but only about 8% more than who I had intended on hiring. I felt her detail to my needs would work out better than the gentleman contractors who had visited my home. I hired Sallie who was able to start shortly thereafter which fit into my schedule. I was home much of the time she worked although I had no problem leaving her alone in my home at any time. She is very conscientious, considerate, clean and professional. She is detailed and a perfectionist to say the least. She was in constant contact with me during the project. Anytime she came across something that we had not discussed but felt it should be repaired we discussed the item and she was able to accommodate me. She was always prompt and worked continuously while in my home. She was always considerate and advised her schedule for the next day which included the time and what area of the home she would be working in and what she would be doing. Each and everyday she left my home neat and clean and most important livable so that my life was not turned upside down during the project. I would recommend Sallie to anyone who takes pride in their home and wants a job completed with high professionalism. This woman knows how to do her job and she does it well.
